Looking to request a custom order? Awesome! Here how to do it:

1. Email me at captainearo@gmail.com OR DM me on Instagram @captainearo

2. Introduce yourself! 

3. Describe what you are wanting, whether that be a scene from a movie, colors, characters, etc. Be as detailed as possible. The more the better! 

   • I will send you a sketch of your design. There are no limits to how many changes you can make. I ask for you to be as honest as possible! These are your ears you call the shots.

   • I will then transfer it to a 3D rendering of the design. I will not print until I get approval of the design from you. 

   • Once printed, I will send pictures/videos of the print before completing the ears. 

4. Print-Only Custom Orders start at $40 and Hand-Painted Custom Orders start at $80. Prices will increased based on labor and what I deem fit. 

   • Both include Ears, Headband, and Bow!   

   • The difference: My printer can only print 4 colors at the same time (per ear). Print-Only will require no/very little painting required. Hand-Painted are for extremely detailed designs. Below are pictures of both styles.

DISCAIMERS

1. I have the right to deny any request I don't feel fit to complete. 

2. I will not copy another shop's design. 

3. Lack of communication will result in the cancellation of your order. Communication is important for customs! 

4. Any disrespect towards me will result in the cancellation of your order.

5. Please be patient with me while completing custom orders. I work full-time and completing other orders in the meantime. Print-Only may take up to 2 weeks and Hand-Painted may take up to 4 weeks. Time of completion may change.
