Please remember that I am only one person! This is not a big corporation so please be patient with me. 

Shipping

  • I recommend ordering 2-3 weeks in advance before your trip. I am from Nevada, so orders on West Coast arrive faster than East Coast.
  • I am not responsible if your order arrives after your trip/ when it's needed.
  • Once an order is in the hands of USPS, it is out of my control. I cannot control when it gets there, where it gets dropped off, or if it gets returned to me. Please contact USPS if there is an issue with your delivery. 

Return to Sender

  • If an order is returned to sender, I may contact you asking if the address is correct and what changes need to be made if any.
    • I will pay for the first return to customer, however if it gets sent back a second time customer must pay.
  • Please make sure your address is correct! I understand mistakes happen but please double check before checkout.

Issue with Order

  • If something is wrong with your order: Damaged, Wrong Design, Wrong Order, etc. please contact me immediately. Provide your name, order number, and the problem. Please provide photo or video evidence of the product you received. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order being corrected.

  • I AM NOT A RESELLER!! I don't sell my 3D files, I don't sell official Michael Jackson merch, please don't contact me asking for those things.

Markets

  • Right now in 2026 I do markets once a month! You can mainly find me in SoCal. Going into 2027 I will be doing them every other month.
  • Items are cheaper in person! Come on by and say hi!
  • Please be respectful to the products when visiting in person! I am..right there...watching you. 
  • Please do not take pictures of my products just to make them yourself. I know when you do it, and it's very rude to do it when I'm standing right there. I design and make everything myself, don't steal from a small business. 

Products

  • What you do with your products once you receive them is completely up to you! You can bedazzle them, make your own ears, paint on them, it's your choice! No need to ask permission.
